Solar system is a system of planets, asteroids other heavenly bodies an objects which consist of sun,and everything revolving around it.The sun our eight planets including the earth on which we live on, their moon or satellites and other millions of comets and meteoroids make our solar system .

Sun is the giant of the solar system .The mass of the sun is much more than the masses of all the planets put together.Therefore is occupies the center and is called the parent of the solar system.
The 'word 'solar means related to the sun.There may be many solar system in the universe.

How was our solar system made.

The solar system was formed from great cloud of whirling gases. The force of the gravity drew the atoms of the gas together.As the gas condensed into  a ball the circular motion increased .Rings of matter were left spinning around the central mass. These rings of matter condensed to form the planets , and the central ball became the sun . The dust cloud or cloud of whirling gases is called a nebula the made our solar system is called the solar nebula.

The theories like tidal theory and protoplanet theory also describes the origin of the solar system.

Why does our solar system stay this way?

The solar system is surprising systematic.Certains laws of nature maintain the relationship between the sun and its planets.

Scientists like kepler and newton uncovered these laws .keplers law of planetery motion govern the rotation of planets.The newtons law of gravity describes how things attarcts each other .

There is no reason why the solar system as its is now is now .

Who discovered that earth is not the center of the universe and How?

It was Nicholas copernius who discovered that earth is not the center but sun the the center of the solar system.But it was just a theory ,he had no proofs .

But scientists like galileo by his telescopes uncovered the secret.
